Christmas-themed Energy Balls

  • 1 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup peppermint pieces
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Mix together, form balls, and let harden in the fridge for 30 minutes.
