The delectable treats are nothing but pure fat and sugar. And they are AMAZING! They will melt in your mouth and be careful, you can’t just eat one!

Ingredients
- 75 g butter
- 0.5 cups sugar
- 0.5 cups quick oats
- 0.5 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp heavy cream (or milk)
- 1 tbsp light Karo
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Melt the butter in a medium pot.
- Take the pot off the heat and stir in the rest of the ingredients. Mix until smooth-ish.
- Cover two baking sheets with parchment paper and drop about 1/2 tbsp of the batter about 2 inches apart. The batter will flatten entirely so make sure to leave plenty of room between.
- Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Keep an eye on them toward the end, they can burn quickly.
- Cool on the baking sheets.
- Keep in a dry place or they will soften.
