Christmas-themed Energy Balls

1 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats 1/3 cup honey 1/2 cup almond butter 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 cup peppermint pieces 1/2 cup white chocolate chips Mix together, form balls, and let harden in the fridge for 30 minutes.
