Easy Overnight Oats for Toddler

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut or almond milk (or whatever you’d like to use)
  • Drizzle of maple syrup or honey
  • Mix-ins like a pinch of cinnamon, pear puree, apple sauce etc

Mix together the oats, milk, and the sweetener (and cinnamon if using). Let sit overnight and swell. Can be mixed into yogurt or a sweet puree like pear or apple (or both yogurt and puree and spoon fed) or just given for kiddo to play with and practice eating.
